Jersey City Municipal Council Honors Local Heroes for their Service

JERSEY CITY, NJ (GovWire) - During the Jersey City Municipal Council Meeting on November 29, 2023, several individuals were honored for their service to the nation. Among those honored were Analytica Vega, John Jay “Jack” Hallinan, and SG Religa Flores.

The council also honored Richard F Dwyer on the occasion of his retirement from PSE&G for his 40 years of dedicated and loyal service to the company and the people of Jersey City. Dwyer’s daughter, Shannon, read a resolution honoring her father’s accomplishments and service .
