Edison High School Students Report on Achievements and Concerns

EDISON, NJ (GovWire) - At a recent Board of Education meeting, student council representatives from Edison High School and JP Stevens High School presented their reports on the recent activities and events at their respective schools. Charlie from the Albany, the Student Council and student representative from Edison High School, reported on the successful conclusion of the fall sports season and the upcoming winter sports season. He also mentioned the success of the annual volleyball for charity event, the theater department production, and the achievements of the FCCLA. Aaron Benzal, Co-president of the Student Council at JP Stevens, reported on the success of their HOSA chapter in organizing a cancer fundraiser, the achievements of the Model United Nations chapter, and the strides made in promoting inclusivity within the school. He also mentioned the upcoming winter sports season, the winter holiday concerts, and the annual talent show. Aaron reported that there were currently no outstanding issues to present to the board.
